However, Investec took a different approach. We assisted them in elevating sophistication through a recruitment campaign called 'Reserved for You.' This initiative was designed to specifically attract the most outstanding new CA candidates, demonstrating Investec's commitment to excellence and distinction.
In October 2016, Anheuser-Busch InBev acquired SABMiller. Collaborating with Investec, we executed a strategic direct mail campaign featuring a personalized 6-pack of SAB and InBev beers, each bottle linked to a unique web page. An online search using 'cheers' and the recipient's name directed them to a personalized page, introducing them to a private banker and showcasing a tailored international investment portfolio. This seamless approach fostered direct communication, resulting in a remarkable response, increased engagement, and new clients for Investec, reinforcing its position as a leading private bank.
Investec tasked us with generating awareness within Private Bank regarding the delicate nature of reallocating clients from one private banker to another. We developed a lighthearted internal campaign. Employing visual cues reminiscent of packaging, we effectively conveyed the fragility of client allocation. Stacks of boxes were strategically placed throughout Private Banking offices, symbolising the intricate nature of the process.
